Bay Vista Boulevard Association Inc. Deed Restrictions

This community has rules governed by the Bay Vista Boulevard Association, Inc. Here is an abridged version of the rules:

1. Bay Vista must approve any new building and alteration of existing homes.
2. Fences must not extend beyond the front on any residence without the written approval of the association.
3. Driveways must be asphalt or concrete.
4. You cannot park trucks, campers, boat trailers, mobile homes, trailers, motor homes, buses or boats outside overnight. Also, you cannot make repairs to disabled vehicles unless it is in your garage.
5. You are only allowed to have one pet per building site.
6. No obnoxious noise or offensive activity is allowed.
7. No signs are allowed on any lot other than professional signs such as for sale or for rent signs.
8. Building setbacks on each side of the lot may be no less than 10 feet.
9. Bay Vista Boulevard Association reserves the right to locate utilities as they see fit.
10. The covenants and restrictions run with the land and are binding on all property owners.
11. Bay Vista Blvd Association reserved the rights to change or alter the deed restrictions at any time.
12. Invalidation of any one of these covenants by judgment or Court order shall in no way affect any of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
