Are you a Florida REALTOR® that would like to “Get with the PROGRAM?”
Are you a Florida real estate agent or broker that knows how to treat their clients and consider yourself to be on top of your game? If so then you may be just the type of agent we are looking for to refer our clients to.
We are looking for energetic, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring REALTORS® that are full time agents. You must be very attentive and attention to detail is a must. You must also be extremely assessable to our clients and us via telephone, fax, and email.
Prospective Referral Partners will have the following traits:• Must be a full time professional REALTOR®
• Have at least 3+ years experience in residential real estate
• Fully licensed agent with a completely clean record
• Hold membership in the NAR and FAR
• Must have their own real estate website with a Google Pagerank of 4 or above.
• Must be willing to place 2 small links on your homepage to our websites for inclusion in the program
• Must be million dollar producers or more
• Be able to provide 3 customer references
• Exhibit clear communication skills
• Hold extensive knowledge of their farming area
PROGRAM Realty, LLC will work with any agency providing they are in good standing with the DBPR and FREC. This includes the small town companies as well as the Remax’s, Century 21’s, Coldwell Banker’s, Exit’s, Keller William’s etc.
PROGRAM Realty, LLC has an one strike and you are out zero-tolerance policy. If you are found not to be performing your duties to PROGRAM Realty or our client’s satisfaction for any reason, you will be dismissed from the program at our sole discretion.
How It Works
PROGRAM Realty provides full service real estate services in the Southwest Florida Area. We have an extremely large web presence that brings us many clients that are looking for real estate in nearly all areas of Florida. In order to service all of our web clients, PROGRAM Realty has developed a collection of approved referral agents. These agents will be given quality leads from PROGRAM Realty for absolutely no cost other than a 35% commission referral fee at any closings that occur because of that referral. In order to qualify for the program, the agent must place 2 small links on their homepage to our main sites, and keep them active for as long as they are part of the program. These two outgoing links from your homepage is the only expense you will incur to be part of the program.
Each Realtor will be assigned up to three zip codes in their area. Our goal is to have a quality agent in every zip code in the state of Florida on our referral list. Again, there will be NO CHARGE or FEES to be part of the program, other than the 35% referral fee on actual closings. PROGRAM Realty only requires that the agent perform to our high expectations and keep thier homepage links alive, and as long as he or she does so they will remain part of the program.
